So, what are sherpa jackets?
Sherpa is the name given to super soft fleece pile. The fibres are often longer than normal fleece, giving them a curly, textured look, a super soft feel and extra-warming properties. Sherpa jackets are made from synthetic fabric that mimic the look (but not the price tag) or heavy weight of sheepskin and real wool. You’ll often find active, outdoor and sports brands have the best array of sherpa jacket options.
