LYNN – Three men and a woman from the same family are dead after shootings in Lynn Tuesday afternoon. Police believe the woman, who died of an apparent suicide, is a suspect in the shootings.
Two men, age 66 and 34, were found shot at a home on Rockaway Street just before 3 p.m. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
According to I-Team sources, a woman shot her father and brother-in-law.
Police said the 31-year-old woman, who was a potential suspect, was found dead in the parking lot of a Stop and Shop nearby. She died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
A fourth person, related to the other individuals, was found shot to death inside a vehicle on Laighton Street.
Police have not released the identities of anyone involved.
Lynn Police Chief Christopher Reddy said there is no danger to the public.
