1. Banana Berry Blast
● 1 ripe banana
● 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
● 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
● 1/2 cup milk
● 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
2. Green Goodness
● 1 cup spinach
● 1/2 ripe avocado
● 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
● 1/2 cup cucumber
● 1/2 cup coconut water
● Juice of 1 lime
3. Peanut butter power
● 1 ripe banana
● 2 tablespoons peanut butter
● 1 cup milk
