What goes around always seems to come back around.
Tim Hortons has listened to its fans and is bringing back two “iconic” doughnuts flavours from the past.

The beloved Walnut Crunch and Cherry Stick doughnuts, which have been missing from Tims display cases for more than 10 years, will make a comeback on May 31 across the country — just in time for National Doughnut Day on June 2.
If you’ve never had one, Tim Hortons’ director of culinary innovation Tallis Voakes said the doughnuts “still pack the same punch in every bite,” so get them while you can.
But for those of you who miss the sugary, sweet, glazed treats, there’s a caveat: The delicious duo will only be in shops for a limited time.

Last week, the restaurant chain teased the return of “a classic.”
But their surprise announcement of the pair made many doughnut lovers ecstatic, with many people counting down the days for the return of the retro doughnuts.
“I need exact times so I can create a schedule, and map out every Tims en route to and from work daily,” one person wrote, calling the comeback “serious business.”
“I am unreasonably excited about this,” tweeted another user. “I haven’t stopped talking about Walnut Crunch since it was discontinued.”

And there it is. You can’t make everyone happy, with many suggesting other doughnuts to bring back.
“The best donut ever was the honey stick,” one person recommended, calling it “legendary.”
“How about the strawberry-filled, white powdered donut?” asked one user.
“While people are asking for things to come back, bring back the chocolate mint donut,” one person requested.
The blueberry fritter and Dutchie, however, are the ones fans are begging for.
“Bring back the Dutchie permanently. Please. It was the best doughnut.”
