Lakers legend Magic Johnson did not agree with Joe Mazzulla’s decision when it came to the Celtics’ final possession of Game 4.

After James Harden hit a go-ahead three with 18.2 seconds left in overtime, Boston’s coach decided to let his guys play. But the team wasn’t able to get a shot off before the buzzer.

“I thought [Celtics’] Head Coach Mazzulla made a mistake not calling a timeout and setting up a play in the final seconds of the game,” Magic tweeted.

Fans reacted to the Hall of Famer’s viral post on Sunday.

“This is the Magic Johnson equivalent of insulting Mazzulla’s entire family,” Anthony Irwin commented.

“They didn’t call timeout at the end of regulation and got an amazing look, Smart just missed it,” Ben DuBose responded. “That said, I do agree that they should’ve called timeout in OT. Not so much to set up a play, but to underscore the importance of going early and actually map out a plan.”

“This is the harshest possible critique, a Magic Johnson tweet,” a user replied.

“Quite possibly the most critical he’s ever been on this site,” a fan said.

The series is now tied 2-2 heading back to Boston.
