Jaguar makes electric car switch faster than top EU manufacturers – ‘UK leads the way’

The new figures were slightly down on October’s data which found 53.65 percent of Jaguar cars sold were electric.

Meanwhile, just 32 percent of Porsche models sold last month were electric, while only 26 percent of Renault cars were fully battery electric.

Audi has ensured just 23 percent of its sales were electric models while top brands like Nissan, Citroen and Vauxhall wear under 15 percent.

Top brands such as Volvo, Ford, Honda and Toyota produced less than 10 percent electric cars from their entire production line.
