Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer stars Tom Holland and Zendaya
Tom Holland and Zendaya have fallen for each other after starring together as Spider-Man and Mary-Jane Watson.
But the lovebirds – like their predecessors – were warned that they shouldn’t get romantically involved.
Producer of the web-slinging Marvel movies, Amy Pascal, says she told the couple, both 25, that they’d be wise to keep their relationship professional before they went public with their romance.
She told The New York Times : “I took Tom and Zendaya aside, separately, when we first cast them and gave them a lecture.
“Don’t go there — just don’t. Try not to.”
Clearly the pair didn’t heed her warning after falling for each other behind the scenes.

And Amy confessed that the exact same thing happened with previous Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield and actress Emma Stone, who played his love interest Gwen Stacy.
She said: “I gave the same advice to Andrew [Garfield] and Emma [Stone]. It can just complicate things, you know? And they all ignored me.”
Andrew and Emma had met on the set of 2012’s The Amazing Spider-Man, with rumours that they were dating beginning the circulate while they were filming the previous year.

They were together for years before splitting in 2015.
Tom and Zendaya’s relationship is still in its early days, but they seem to be completely besotted by each other.
They were first spotted kissing in Los Angeles in July and only recently made their red carpet debut together.
The pair, whose latest film Spider-Man: No Way Home is in cinemas now, regularly gush over each other on social media.
It was recently reported that Tom is hoping to take a career break to focus on ‘starting a family.

In a recent chat with People, Tom opened up about his plans for the future.
While he said he’s “loved every minute” of playing the iconic comic book character, it might be time to say goodbye.
While he doesn’t want his stint to end, he said: “I feel like we might be ready to say goodbye to Spider-Man.”
And he said he doesn’t want to “hold back” the next person who deserves the chance to be Spider-Man … or even “a Spider-Woman”.
Tom said: “I’ve spent the last six years being so focused on my career.
“I want to take a break and focus on starting a family and figuring out what I want to do outside of this world.”
