- 1pound extra-lean ground chicken
- 1/4cup parsley (very finely chopped)
- 3cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

In a mixing bowl combine chicken, parsley, garlic, and salt. Mix well.

Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.

Form the mixture into thin patties approximately 4 inches (10 centimeters) in diameter.

In batches, cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
