Salma Hayek isn’t afraid to show off her grays.
The actress took to Instagram Tuesday to proudly display her sprouting grays and aging lines in a new selfie.
“Me waking up and counting how many white hairs and wrinkles have crashed the party this morning,” the “From Dusk Til Dawn” star captioned the snap.
In the snap, strands of gray peeked through Hayek’s bangs while the morning sunlight highlighted the wrinkles on her forehead. She also unabashedly showcased her under-eye bags.
Fans and friends flooded the comments to applaud Hayek, 56, for sharing her “natural beauty.”
“Thank you for sharing! It helps all of to see that even the most beautiful and famous also age ❤️,” one fan wrote.
Another one chimed in, “You’re just a real natural human being and that beautiful! Thank you ????”
Even a few famous friends commented on her post, including Cindy Crawford who gushed, “Beautiful!”

The “Frida” star’s appearance has previously caught the attention of fans numerous times.
In April, Hayek — who married French billionaire François-Henri Pinault in 2009 — fans raved over her glowing appearance after she posted a series of fresh-face photos of herself in a bikini.
“Looking this young at ur 50s should be illegal like what,” one user commented, while another wrote they thought the post was a “throwback.”
Fans also reacted when Hayek posed next to her “Magic Mike” co-star, Channing Tatum, at the latest film’s premiere, reportedly appearing younger than the 43-year-old.
“How tf Salma look younger than Channing Tatum lmao,” one user commented on a photo Hayek posted to her Instagram from the event.
In a February interview, Hayek shared how aging is different than what she anticipated.
“I thought getting older meant I wasn’t going to work; I’m working. I thought getting older maybe meant that you’re not in love anymore; I’m in love,” she told Glamour at the time.
“I don’t feel that I lost my flexibility or my agility or even my strength. I do have to say that I have found it beautiful, getting older with someone.”
Hayek also addressed working as an actress in her 50’s, previously believing that she would have to “stop working around 30.”
“I did really feel it at the time, and it’s unfair,” she said.
“If I had said instead to myself, ‘Don’t worry, your best professional moments are going to be in your 50s,’ I would have been devastated: ‘Oh my God, do I have to wait that long?’ But it’ll happen.”
