Amrabat has already made it clear to the Fiorentina chiefs that he wants to leave and is keen on reuniting with Ten Hag, having played under the Dutchman for Utrecht in the Eredivisie.
He has also hinted that the Premier League suits his style of play, having impressed at the World Cup as a breakout star for his country. “Of course, the Premier League is a fantastic league, one of the strongest in the world,” Amrabat said in Qatar.
“Football has changed a lot, it’s more physical, you have more to be an athlete, the tempo and intensity is higher. Of course, in England the intensity is very high, so I think it could suit me.”
