BEER NAME?
New World Pilsner
WHERE’S IT FROM?
Nowhereman Brewing Co
WHAT’S SO SPECIAL ABOUT IT?
Nowhereman Brewing Co is developing a knack for producing high-quality, no-fuss pilsners.
Fresh from last year’s gold medal-winning 123 Days Later Pilsner, the West Leederville brewery named after a song by The Beatles is back with the limited release New World Pilsner.
This iteration features New Zealand’s Wai-iti and Australia’s Ella hops, which add extra hints of citrus and tropical fruits to the aroma and flavour profile.
As you would expect with a classic pilsner, it pours a beautifully clear golden hue.
There are hits of bready malts, citrus fruit and white peach on the palate before those flavours are rinsed by a dry, crisp wash with a firm bitterness to finish.
Nowhere man, please listen. You don’t know what you’re missing if you don’t grab some New World Pilsner.
SHOULD I SHARE IT?
With a solid 5.3 per cent ABV, it is easily drinkable and worth sharing with mates any time of the year.
WHAT’S THE DAMAGE?
A four-pack will set you back $27.
RATING?
