Anybody’s list of the top 10 players in NBA history is sure to cause controversy, even if that anybody is basketball legend Julius Erving.
In a recent interview with Joy DeAngela, Dr. J. provided his top 10 list, albeit without ranking the players he named.
His top 10 is as follows, in no particular order:

- Oscar Robertson
- Jerry West
- Elgin Baylor
- Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
- Michael Jordan
- Magic Johnson
- Karl Malone
- Tiny Archibald

Dr. J’s top 10 has stirred up ample debate on social media.

“At the end of joys interview he said KD and Lebron could replace Malone and Tiny. But ofc they won’t include that part to rile up certain demographics. But he did say he wanted to let them finish their careers before he ‘ranked’ ’em,” another person countered.
