Jennifer Lopez just wore a leather bra as a top and, as always, looked amazing. And unfortunately, it’s giving me ideas.

In a post shared on her Instagram on Tuesday, January 18, J.Lo posted two photos of herself wearing a black leather bra as a top. 

Yes, you read that correctly: a black leather bra as a top. That sounds uncomfortable, but Jennifer Lopez pulled it off, and the whole look is incredibly chic. In the Insta caption, Lopez wrote, “Jacket or no jacket!? ⬇️ .” 

In the first photo, the leather bra top is hidden behind a cropped black leather jacket with shoulder pads and an exaggerated wide collar. 

For the second photo, Lopez removed the jacket to reveal the leather bra, which has a keyhole-style opening and halter straps. Lopez paired the bra with crisp white wide-legged trousers that have a paper-bag waist, which gives the whole outfit a relaxed and easy street-style feel. She paired the look with layered silver necklaces and bangles and wore her hair in a tight high pony. 

Jennifer Lopez is in the midst of promoting her new romantic comedy, Marry Me, which costars Owen Wilson. 

The film follows a world-famous pop star named Kat Valdez (Lopez), who plans to marry her musician fiancé (Maluma) in front of a live concert audience in a ceremony that will be streamed by millions of people. 

Unfortunately, Kat’s fiancé is caught cheating on her with her assistant right as the ceremony is about to happen. So she marries audience member Charlie (Owen Wilson), a teacher and single dad, instead. 

The film will come to theaters on February 11, and it will also be available to stream on the same day.
