Football Manager 2022 (FM22), the latest title in Sports Interactive’s FM series of games, is officially out now.

Players who pre-purchased the game have been able to get hands-on with a beta version of the Football Manager 2022 and all the new features for the last fortnight, and they can carry their save files from the beta into the full version of the game.

Football Manager 2022 is already proving very popular with players, with Miles Jacobson, Studio Director at Sports Interactive, tweeting about the popularity of the Football Manager 2022 beta.

According to Jacobson’s tweets, over 10 million matches have been played on the FM22 beta as of November 3, 2021, with players completing over 100,000 seasons, making over 1.5 million transfers and spending over £20 trillion in the transfer market.

Football Manager 2022 will be available to play on PC, Mac, Mobile, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One, with the game enjoying a successful debut on console last year. In fact, FM22 and FM22 Xbox Edition will also be available with Xbox Game Pass from Day One when both titles launch.

Newly-promoted Brentford start season one with a transfer budget of £12million, meaning if you take over as the Bees boss you will likely have to rely on the current playing squad to avoid relegation. In season two as Brentford boss, you will have access to a minimum transfer budget of £20million.
