H&M wedding dresses are having a serious (and admittedly surprising) moment. Your favourite high street stores may not be a glaringly obvious place to shop when it comes to securing your wedding dress, but if you’re on a budget and you don’t want to blow everything on your gown, then you should definitely have a browse. High street offerings might not be labelled as bridal wear specifically, but if you filter your search by colour (white, beige, ivory, etc), you’ll be flooded with results that are worthy of saying “I do” in. When spending a big chunk of your funds on a dress you’ll likely wear for less than 24 hours seems over the top – especially when you’ve got things like wedding invitations, wedding shoes, bridesmaid dresses and wedding favours to splurge on – trust in H&M to save the day.
We’re already obsessed with everything new at H&M, as well as all their iconic collaborations, so who’s to say their line-up of wedding dresses won’t have us just as hooked? If other high street wedding dresses are anything to go by (cough, ASOS wedding dresses, cough) then we’re already sold.
This mini satin dress adheres to the short wedding dress trend, while this off-the-shoulder iteration is aimed at those seeking boho designs. They’re both perfectly suited to summer, too – i.e. cropped in length and lightweight to avoid overheating.
If you’re keen to look like you’ve spent a lot more than you actually have, however, look no further than this one-shoulder slip dress or this halterneck style. Each style is cast in a sumptuous satin fabric that elegantly skims the figure. Pair one with some designer wedding shoes, or ones that look like they could be, and you’d never know it cost less than £50.
