Brookfield Residential’s new Cadence townhomes offer one of the last chances to purchase a new home in western Jefferson County.
The Cadence portfolio at Solterra offers two three-story plans with two to three bedrooms and an alley-loaded, two-car garage.
Sales begin May 14, and with only 23 lots in this collection at Solterra, the townhomes will sell quickly, says Marni Shwartz, marketing manager for Brookfield Residential Colorado.
Vertical elegance
The homes make great use of their space with options for a study or additional bedroom on the first floor. The second floor provides an open flow between kitchen, dining and living space, while the third floor offers rest and relaxation with a spacious owner’s retreat.
The Cadence townhomes start in the $600s. Homebuyers can customize their finishes through Brookfield’s The Art of Home, a collection of 10 carefully curated palettes of flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, and paint colors that let you fulfill the vision for your new home without being overwhelmed, Shwartz says.
Ed Lowell, Brookfield Residential community sales manager, anticipates the townhomes will appeal to homebuyers who want a low-maintenance lifestyle and enjoy the outdoor recreation opportunities Solterra offers.
“The homes give them the opportunity to pursue outdoor recreation while still being close enough to enjoy the night life and cultural offerings in Denver,” Lowell says.
Living at the foot of the foothills
Solterra sits two miles from Interstate 70, providing quick access to skiing and the mountains. It’s also conveniently located near Sixth Avenue, which offers quick access to downtown Denver.
“You can get everywhere you want to be very easily,” Lowell says.
But Solterra’s biggest draw is its abundant outdoor recreation opportunities. Surrounded by open space, the community offers options for hiking, mountain biking, and access to Green Mountain Park, Matthews/Winters Park, and Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater.
