The most beautiful towns in Cornwall have been named for Britons in need of inspiration. Cornwall is one of the most popular destinations for a UK holiday.
The peninsula offers Britons everything they may possibly want from a holiday, from beautiful coastlines to great food and activities.
With plenty of pretty towns and villages to choose from, holidaymakers may need help with deciding where to go when in Cornwall.
Travel website Culture Trip has named the most beautiful towns in the county and Boscastle was singled out for its “sense of romance”.
The picturesque natural harbour and tiny fishing village of Boscastle is located on Cornwall’s north coast and much of the land in and around the village is owned by the National Trust.

On Tripadvisor, Laura K said: “One of my absolute favourite places in Cornwall, the views are stunning and there is a nice selection of shops, pubs and places to get some nice food.
“Some great costal walks and the National Trust visitors centre is lovely and really informative with a lovely coffee shop.”
The UK Robinsons said: “We spend a lot of time in Boscastle: it is set in the natural beauty of the north Cornwall coast with the amenities you need without the busyness and hustle of nearby Tintagel or larger ports up and down the coast.
“One to two hours either side of low tide the blowhole wakes up and does its noisy show. The coastal walks surrounding Boscastle are beautiful, but if you want something flatter you can follow the river past the car park and go in inland.

“At the end of the day you can walk either side of the harbour to the coast and get some glorious sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.”
And Jon wrote: “Boscastle is magical.”
Boscastle’s Blowhole is located beneath Penally Point and is sometimes called the Devil’s Bellows.
Walking to Penally Point offers visitors great views of the harbour and a chance to see the blow hole if the conditions are right.
In town, the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic is a popular attraction.
With over 3,000 objects, this is one of the world’s largest collections of objects relating to magic.

“I loved everything about this museum, we were welcomed by a very lovely lady, extremely friendly who explained how to move around the museum and that it is bigger than expected.
“The museum is set out on two floors with plenty of artifacts and information, a pleasant mixture of old and new with all types of magic and Witchcraft, a great interactive cottage scene.
“You could easily spend hours here, and I almost did. I will definitely return because I’m sure I missed something!”
Another popular attraction is Boscastle Pottery, famous for its Mochaware.
Rosemary said: “One of the best potteries around and not overpriced. A warm welcome received by the owners and able to watch the potter at work, would certainly return if in the area.”
