Val starred in the 2016 series when Mary Berry was still judging alongside Paul Hollywood, but was sadly the fifth contestant to be booted out after a disastrous pastry week.
At the time, Val amused viewers by listening to her cakes and performing aerobics while baking.
Singing ‘move a little, lose a lot’, Val showed viewers her exercises to work off the pounds while in the kitchen, as well as revealing some of her innovative tools she uses to bake.
Since then, Val’s racked up social media followers, and shot to Instagram fame, which she now uses to ask her followers about whether her voice is in an animated movie, it seems.
Taking to Instagram to ask her followers for help, Val shared a clip of some Super-Pets promo pictures, with a voice-over saying: ‘I wonder if you can help me folks, I’ve had a few people contact me to say that they’ve heard my voice in the latest DC League of Super-Pets and there’s a Bake Off clip and that they can hear my voice.
‘So, I’m up with some very big people but please can you confirm it or not? I haven’t got the chance to go and see the film yet.’
At the end of the clip, Val played a video of her during her stint on Bake Off, where she told the camera how much she made her cakes ‘with love.’
By ‘big people’ Val meant the likes of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ John and John Krasinki.
The film follows Krypto the Superdog, Superman’s pooch, as he tries to save the world from an evil guinea-pig.
Val also responded to fans suggesting Bake Off judge Paul was involved in the film, as she captioned the post: ‘Am I in DC League of Super-Pets well my voice anyway.
‘I’ve been contacted by friends who have watched the movie and they are sure it’s my voice in a bake-off clip in the movie.
‘Anyone else think it’s me? It seems @paul.hollywood voice is in it too and no If it is me I’m not being paid.’
Val’s followers certainly seemed convinced, with one writing: ‘I knew that was your voice!’ while another commented: ‘Am so sure it was you!’
A third penned: ‘Wow if it is you, you should be paid!’
