Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea are sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League table and are through to the next round of the Champions League.
But despite how well things appear to be going at Stamford Bridge this season, the German coach will be keen for his side to keep pressing on.
That could mean signings in the January transfer window, and the Blues are said to have an ‘unbridgeable advantage’ in the race for one long-term target.
They could also re-enter the bidding for a star they were repeatedly linked with over the summer, when Achraf Hakimi opted instead for a move to Paris Saint Germain.
But there could also be departures, with Barcelona said to be eyeing one Chelsea star as an alternative to Raheem Sterling in January.
Here are all the latest Chelsea transfer rumours.

United could help Hakimi bid
Chelsea could move for Paris Saint-Germain winger Achraf Hakimi if Mauricio Pochettino leaves the club to join Manchester United, it is reported.
Over the summer the former Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid player said he decided to join the French giants given his admiration for Pochettino, opting for a move to Parc des Princes over a switch to Chelsea.
With United said to be ‘confident’ of appointing the former Tottenham Hotspur manager, it could open the door for Hakimi to move on, Football.London reports.
Chelsea’s ‘unbridgeable advantage’ for midfielder
Chelsea have an ‘unbridgeable advantage’ in the race for Aurelien Tchouameni, it is claimed.
The report, from Italian news outlet Tuttosport, claims Tchouameni ‘will almost certainly end up in the Premier League’, as ‘Chelsea in recent weeks have fired an offer of €60m for the transfer and a salary in proportion for the player’.
Juventus are also said to be keen on the player, but are not optimistic of their chances to secure his signature, the report adds.
Barca eye Werner
Newly-appointed Barcelona boss Xavi has his eyes on Chelsea forward Timo Werner as an alternative to Man City’s Raheem Sterling, according to reports.
ESPN reports that Xavi’s priority is to add width to his side, and they could turn to Werner if they cannot find the funds to complete a deal for Sterling.
Werner has struggled to make a stong impact at Stamford Bridge following his arrival from RB Leipzig in 2020.
