The 61-year-old flashed her taut abs after dropping “over a dress size” during her stay at a fitness retreat in Portugal on Wednesday.
The television and radio presenter smiled for the photo as she placed a hand on her hip giving fans a glimpse of her incredible figure.
Carol, who is currently staying at the exclusive Juice Master retreat, wore her blonde locks in beachy waves and went fresh-faced for the snap.
The mum-of-two shared her tips on dropping down a dress size after attending a health retreat in Portugal after she went on a 15 day juice cleanse.
Taking to Twitter, she penned: “18 days – 3 days (going to restaurants) = 15 days on juice here at Jason Vale’s @juicemaster retreat.
“Dropped at least a dress size and bursting with energy. Haven’t been into these shorts for a few years and now they’re loose. Feeling strong.”
Fans flocked to comment on the post, as they gushed over her appearance.
