These are some of the best hotel loyalty promotions available this fall, which can be especially lucrative if planning upcoming travel for Labor Day weekend.
Double your stay with Hilton Honors
Hilton Honors has a generous fall promotion giving guests 2x points on all eligible stays from Sept. 6 through the end of the year. On top of that, guests that check out from their stay between Monday and Friday during the promotion period will also receive a 2,000-point bonus. Hilton Honors is free to join, and members must register for the promotion to be eligible for the extra points. Of course, those with Hilton Honors elite status can earn even more points based on their specific tier as well as take advantage of benefits like potential room upgrades and food and beverage credits. Hilton is also one of the few hospitality brands to boast that all of its extended stay properties will be pet-friendly by the end of the year.
2x World of Hyatt points at MGM Resorts in Las Vegas
Between now and October 15, rack up twice as many World of Hyatt points when staying at 13 participating MGM Resorts in Las Vegas. Hotels include Mandalay Bay, Bellagio, The Mirage and MGM Grand among others. World of Hyatt members can also status match their elite tier to receive reciprocal benefits with the new MGM Rewards program. Registration is required to take advantage of this offer.
Double points with Hyatt
Hyatt has lots of promotions this fall including Bonus Journeys, which offers double World of Hyatt points on stays of at least two nights between now and Dec. 20. Registration is required before Nov. 15. There are more than 1,100 participating properties around the world.
2 tier-qualifying night credits for World of Hyatt biz card
Newly approved applicants to the World of Hyatt Business Credit Card can earn two tier-qualifying night credits toward World of Hyatt elite status per stay between now and the end of the year. This in addition to any sign-up or welcome bonus for the card. Other benefits of the card include automatic Discoverist elite status, which includes a 10% points bonus and late checkout. Both new and existing cardholders can take advantage of a recently extended benefit, too. Through next year, the card will award double points on each dollar spent in the top three of eight spending categories per calendar quarter. These include things like internet, cable and phone services, local transit, tickets purchased directly with airlines and gas.
Bonus points and discounts with Leaders Club
With 400 hotels in The Leading Hotels of the World’s loyalty program, Leaders Club, there are plenty of opportunities around the world to take advantage of this late summer promotion. Between now and Sept. 30, members who complete a stay booked with a Leaders Club Exclusive rate are eligible for 1,000 bonus points as well as a 20% discount off the room rate. There is no registration required to take advantage of this members’ promotion. Year-round, all members of Leaders Club receive complimentary breakfast for two each day of their stay as one of many amenities for joining the free loyalty program.
Stay, reward, repeat with I Prefer Hotel Rewards
Build up the points balance in your I Prefer Hotel Rewards account with this fall promotion. Be sure to register for the promotion and make reservations before Sept. 30 for travel through the end of the year to be eligible. After your first stay, members will receive 2,500 bonus points. Following another stay, another 5,000 points will be added to your account; the third stay during the promotion period earns 7,500 points for a total of 15,000 if you max out this Preferred Hotels & Resorts offer.
