On that note, registered dietitian Amy Shapiro, MS, RD, CDN, founder of Real Nutrition, previously shared with Well+Good that there are three key nutrients to prioritize when it comes to bone health: calcium, vitamin D, and magnesium. And as it turns out, many of these essential nutrients can be found in some of our favorite snack foods. 1. Parmesan cheese crisps
