Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Saturday, December 04 conducts the Class 10th Mathematics Exam 2021 at the designated centers. The OMR-based exam for Mathematics Standard (041) and Mathematics Basics (241) is reportedly held successfully from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Students who appear in CBSE Class 10 term-1 Mathematics exam today may check the unofficial answer key, questions review, and paper analysis as shared by the exam experts.
Based on the feedback received from the students, the Mathematics Standard (041) was comparatively difficult than Mathematics Basics (241). Questions from Algebra, Probability, and Trigonometry were comparatively tricky than other sections including Mensuration and Coordinate Geometry. Based on the new proposed pattern of OMR-sheet paper, students were provided choices in attempting questions.
The official answer key of CBSE Class 10 Maths along with the Question Paper will be displayed on the board website, cbse.nic.in. Intimation regarding the display of answer keys of term-1 CBSE board exams 2021 will be made after the exams are over.

CBSE Class 10 Maths Paper Dec 4 Analysis:
CBSE Class 10 Maths paper in term-1 board exams 2021-22 was held for maximum 50 marks. The question paper was carrying 50 questions divided into three sections A, B and C. Section-A and B consisted of 20 questions of 1 mark each. Students were required to attempt any 16 questions in each of the sections. While in Section-C a total of 10 questions were asked based on two case studies and students had to attempt any 8 questions.
Students were required to write the correct option that is A, B, C, or D in the OMR sheet. According to the proposed examination scheme, all questions carry equal weightage and there is no provision of negative marking.
Of the total, 10 questions were asked from the Algebra section followed by 6 questions each from Number System, Coordinate Geometry, and Geometry. Further, 5 questions were based on Trigonometry, 4 from Mensuration, and 3 from Probability & Statistics

According to the media reports, the Class 10th Maths paper is held following CBSE’s guidelines. Students were allowed to report carrying black/blue ballpoint pens at the exam centers 30 minutes before the examination.
