So, apparently rumors have been swirling that members of Donald Trump’s family don’t much like Donald Trump Jr.’s fiancée Kimberly Guillfoyle, enough that Trump Jr.’s brother, Eric Trump, felt the need too issue a denial and declare that he thinks “the world” of her.
Page Six quoted a source who said, “The vibe is that the family doesn’t like Kim” because the often boisterous Guilfoyle is “trying too hard to be in the family.”
It also would be easy to get the idea that Ivanka Trump isn’t too fond of Guilfoyle after she strangely cropped the former Fox News host out of a photo that she shared on social media last month. The photo showed Ivanka Trump and other women from the Trump family at Tiffany Trump’s wedding.
But Guilfoyle, at the far end of the photo next to Ivanka Trump, was missing from the image that Donald Trump’s oldest daughter posted on Instagram and Twitter. The omission prompted people online, including Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, the ex-best friend of Melania Trump, to speculate that Ivanka Trump was passive-aggressively letting the world know that Guilfoyle still isn’t a true member of the Trump family.
One of the funniest things I have seen in a long time… @IvankaTrump cropped @kimguilfoyle out of her Instagram post from Tiffany Trump’s wedding.

Given this speculation, Page Six reached out to ask Eric Trump.
“I completely disagree with the narrative and happen to think the world of Kimberly,” Donald Trump’s second son said.
But Page Six also reported on another possible family slight against Guilfoyle. “Tongues were wagging over who was — and wasn’t” at a party Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle held at their Florida mansion this past week, Page Six said. The party, with 300 guests, benefited the Toys for Tots charity, with music DJ’d by Kid Rock.
Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner didn’t show, though a source said the two former White House senior advisers, who are devout Jews, couldn’t make it because it was the Sabbath. Meanwhile, the former president also turned up for just a half hour.
Eric Trump and his wife, Lara Trump, attended the party, and Eric Trump told Page Six: “I am best friends with Don and had an absolute blast at the party.”
Whether or not Guilfoyle is an actual family member, she’s emerged as one of the most infamous and divisive members of Trump’s inner circle. The ex-wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom and former first lady of San Francisco has transformed into one of the most vehement supporters of Trumpian politics.
Guilfoyle regularly joined Trump Jr. to stump for the former president in the 2020 presidential election or for candidates he supported. She also joined her boyfriend, as well as Eric and Lara Trump, in helping the former president foment his election denialism, including at the rally that preceded the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.
While Ivanka Trump has said that she won’t leave her comfortable family life in Miami to help her father campaign for president in 2024, Guilfoyle is champing at the bit to help Trump return to power, CNN reported last month. Guilfoyle also has been busy on social media since Trump announced he was running again for president. She’s shared posts that tout Trump’s policies and her belief in his leadership capabilities. She also thanked new Twitter CEO Elon Musk for allowing Trump to return to Twitter.
“This will not be my campaign. This will be our campaign all together. Because the only force strong enough to defeat the massive corruption we are up against is you, the American people.”
