According to a media release, the program will have monthly exclusive offers for all enrolled customers and would allow them to have the opportunity to earn reward points, which can be converted into assured gratification.
Customers who have registered in the programme can redeem assured gratification through a reward store on the Nissan website, where they can choose vouchers from specially curated bouquets of brands ranging from travel, food and beverages, apparel, electronics and many more, it said.
Customers will have an option to convert their reward points into Paytm cash to buy Nissan Genuine Accessories and Value-Added Services at its Dealerships only.
Rakesh Srivastava, managing director, Nissan Motor India Ltd, said, “Customer-centricity is key to all our actions and to commemorate Nissan Magnite’s first anniversary we are happy to introduce Nissan Circle program, a testimony of our commitment to our customers for continuous engagement for a rewarding journey with Nissan.”
Customers who refer Nissan to friends and family will be eligible to earn an additional referral bonus by filling in their contact details on the Nissan website. Nissan Circle Program customers can redeem the points after the delivery of the referred vehicle and the points will remain valid for one year from the day of credit, the company said.
The carmaker launched the Magnite SUV in the country at an introductory price of INR 4.99 lakh for 2020 after which it went to its regular price of INR 5.44 lakh (both ex-showroom) and then increased later in the year. It also launched the updated model of Kicks SUV in May last year, at a starting price INR 9.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
