We performed a reverse image search of the video frames and discovered that the chopper shown in the video was actually the Indian Air Force’s Mi-17 model which crashed in Arunachal Pradesh on November 18, 2021. ANI tweeted the same video on November 18 while reporting on the incident. Two pilots and three crew members were aboard the helicopter when it crashed. However, they all survived and sustained only minor injuries.

East Mojo had also shared this clip while reporting on the Mi-17 crash.

Hindustan Times shared the footage in a November 19 video story on the incident.
