POCO X5 Pro 5g Launch Date in India: POCO has been teasing its next launch – POCO X5 Pro – of late. It has now been apparently confirmed by the company that the POCO X5 Pro, the successor of the POCO X4 Pro launched in 2020, will be unveiled on February 6. However, the company has not confirmed the dates yet. According to reports, the date was revealed in a promotional video aired during the ad interval of the Pathaan movie. 

Ahead of the launch, POCO has announced Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya as its brand ambassador. According to the company, POCO X5 Pro will have some major upgrades from its predecessor.

POCO X5 Pro 5g is expected to come with a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED panel that will offer up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The device is most likely to have a triple camera setup with a primary sensor of 108MP. For selfies, it may have a 16MP camera at the front.

POCO X5 Pro 5g is most likely to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC with up to 12GM of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Users will get the option of expanding it with the help of a microSD card.

In terms of battery, the device will have a powerful 5,000mAh battery that will support 67W fast charging. 

Earlier, POCO launched the POCO C50, an affordable smartphone in the entry-level segment. The device is available in two storage variants – 2GB+32GB and 3GB+32GB. 

While the 2GB+32GB variant will cost Rs 6,249, the 3GB+32GB variant will be available at Rs 6,999. However, the company said that this is a ‘launch day special price’. The launch price is Rs 6,499 and Rs 7,299 respectively.
