Tammy Hembrow posts HOT video after spilt with ex-fiance

Tammy Hembrow is showing her ex-fiance, Matt Poole exactly what he’s missing out on, in a series of racy Instagram posts.

The 28-year-old fitness influencer made sure to highlight her assets in an Instagram post flaunting her tiny waist in pink activewear during a workout to promote a “galentines” special for Women’s Best Sportswear & Nutrition.

“Sister workout ????‍♀️ both drinking our @womensbest BCAAs to get us through our session,” Hembrow captioned the video with

Fans shared their praise for the fitness app founder with several pointing out how the pink and yellow activewear reminded them of Spongebob and Patrick from Spongebob Squarepants.

“Spongebob and Patrick but in the best way,” one fan wrote.

Just days before she was compared to 90s bombshell and sex icon Pamela Anderson.

Hembrow posted snaps while posing in white lingerie.

It comes after Hembrow split from Poole in December only seven months after the birth of their daughter, Posy.

According to the Daily Mail the blonde bombshell, spilt the news of the couple split during a photo shoot in Sydney in December, admitting it was “tough work being a single mother of three,” to one of the makeup artists on set.

Breakup rumours first began to circulate when fans noticed Matt hadn’t appeared on Hembrow’s Instagram feed for a while.
