Maroon 5 bass player Sam Farrar lists Sherman Oaks home for $2 million

Maroon 5 bassist Sam Farrar is selling his home in Sherman Oaks’ sought-after Longridge Estates neighborhood for just shy of $2 million.

The house hits the market Monday, Feb. 13.

With a 2,272-square-foot floor plan, the traditional single-story home embellished with updates has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious great room under vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and skylights. Records show Farrar and his wife, Stephanie, bought it for $1.659 million in July 2020.
