As thousands of adoring fans descended on HBF Park to buy Harry Styles merchandise, the scorching heat took its toll with many passing out or getting heat stroke.
A TikTok saying those in line shouldn’t drink water otherwise they’ll lose their spot when they go to the bathroom started circling throughout the mainly teenage girl crowd, as they lined up for over an hour to buy Love on Tour gear.
Styles heartthrobs braved 34C heat and complained the event wasn’t well organised with no water stations or marquees. Ambulances were also on site helping the sick.
The diehard fans lined up along Lord Street braving the heat to get early access to the merchandise store ahead of the big show on Monday.
The gates, which opened at 12pm sharp, were plastered with homemade posters and signs from fans all eager to be first in to buy Love on Tour merch.
The line moved efficiently as the crowd bought bags full of the former One Direction singer’s brand.
However, the crowds only got bigger as 5pm neared, with fans waiting hoping to get a glimpse of Harry as he entered the venue for a sound check.
