We accept nominations until 11 a.m. each Monday.

We also review stats submitted to MaxPreps by coaches/team statisticians.

On to the nominees:

Amirat (Temi) Aganju, Pittsburg track and field: Aganju ran the fastest time in the 300m hurdles at the Eddie Hart Invitational on Saturday, finishing with a personal record of 46.49, and also finished first in the 100m hurdles as well. The freshman also helped Pittsburg place first in the 4×100 and 4X400 events.

Molly Ashton, Piedmont lacrosse: The senior did it all for the Highlanders in their 8-5 Tuesday victory over College Park. Ashton scored four goals and also handed out three assists, and has totaled 11 goals and four assists in five matches this season.

Elia Choe, Menlo School lacrosse: The freshman scored six goals on 10 shots in a close 11-10 loss to Archbishop Mitty last week. Menlo School had won its previous four games by at least nine goals each.

Riana Everetts, De Anza softball: Everetts, a sophomore, went 9-12 with two home runs in three games for the El Sobrante school. She went 3-3 with a homer and three RBIs in a 21-11 victory over Swett. Everetts is batting .786 on the season.

Maelys Fraisse, Fremont-Sunnyvale track and field: Fraisse ran the 100m event at a blistering pace of 12.84, which was good enough for first place and a personal record at the Garlic Classic Track Invitational in Gilroy. The senior was the only competitor to break the 13-second mark.

Camryn Manning-Alarcon, Leigh softball: The freshman had herself a day at the plate, going 4-4 with five RBIs, a double and a home run in a wild 11-10 victory over Leland that required extra innings. Manning-Alarcon is batting .500 with four doubles on the season.

Hailey Martinez, Pioneer lacrosse: The junior scored four goals in Pioneer’s 6-4 victory over Lincoln on Tuesday. She followed that up by scoring another goal in a matchup with LIve Oak on Thursday.
