When asked if he was disappointed that the fight had ended so quickly, Hatton who last fought three weeks ago, replied: “No. I think it would have been nice to show everyone because in the past I have tired at the back end of fights.
“And we know how fit I am, I’m as fit as fiddle. I would have liked to have shown that I’ve got the gas but if you don’t have to, you don’t need to and I’d happily take one of those every time.”
