‘A lot of screaming’: Tammy posts INTENSE birth video

Tammy Hembrow has posted raw and emotional vision of the birth of her third child, sharing her joy with her millions of followers.

The intimate 10 minute video posted to YouTube, takes viewers into the birthing suite as the fitness influencer struggles to breathe through painful contractions without pain relief — right through to the birth itself.

Viewers are able to witness baby Posy emerge and take her first breaths on her mother’s stomach.

“An experience I will never forget ! It was intense but it was SO worth it. Enjoy x”, The Gold Coast-based mum-of-three wrote alongside the video.

She warns viewers the video is intense: “It is my real and raw natural birth experience with a lot of screaming”.

The video had already been viewed nearly half a million times less than 24 hours after it was posted.

It was Hembrow’s first vaginal birth after two caesarean sections, and her sisters Amy and Emilee, and partner Matt Poole were by her side.

Posy is her first child with Poole. She has two other children: Wolf and Saskia.

Hembrow has previously said the birth of the baby girl, earlier this month, was her “hardest yet”, but also the most rewarding.

“No words. Birth story to come. For now just resting in my love bubble with my perfect little girl wow,” she wrote when she first announced the birth.

The video begins with Hembrow saying she is in labour with contractions coming “hard and fast” about 11pm.

She is seen at home her on her knees in the shower and listening to a mediation sound track before making her way to the hospital, taking a necessary break at a bank of elevators as she is hit by a painful contraction.

It then shows her in the birthing suite, bent over the bed before she started pushing about 1.30am before the emotional moment the baby’s head emerges at 1.55am.
