It’s almost that time of the year when Samsung launches its latest foldable phones. We saw the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Z Fold 3 launching in August, and now a new leak has dished out a similar launch date for the firm’s upcoming foldables.
This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about an August 10 event, as fellow tipster and YouTuber Jon Prosser first pointed to the date early last month. Prosser added that the devices would go on sale from August 26. Nevertheless, that August 10 reveal date is now looking all but guaranteed.
Those expecting massive upgrades might be disappointed, but the two devices are set for a healthy performance boost thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset. It’s also believed that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will get a slightly larger battery (3,700mAh) while the Galaxy Z Fold 4 could start at 128GB for the first time in the Fold series.
