A Place in the Sun buyers refuse to view house after demanding ‘more English’ Greek home

When Laura asked the guests if they wanted a tour of the rest of the house, they abruptly declined her offer and decided to leave halfway through the viewing.

The following day the trio met up to discuss the “more English” property which they viewed and they put in an offer for £225,000.

The offer was not accepted, and they were asked to put in a minimum offer of £240,000.

However, Ginny and Tony told Laura they wanted more time to have a look around the property again before putting in another offer.

In the end, they were unsuccessful, but they wanted to continue their search in Greece.
