Adele’s boyfriend has hinted that he’s ready for kids

It seems that Adele and boyfriend Rich Paul are getting serious, after the American sports agent hinted that he’s ready for kids.

The British singer has been dating Paul since last year, and the pair recently revealed that they had purchased a home together.

While speaking to E! News, the 40-year-old, who already has three children, made a confession about fatherhood – talking about the father he hopes to be in the future.

“As a young dad, growing a business, it was pretty tough, but now looking as an older dad, if I was to have more kids, I’m looking forward to being a different dad,” he said.

“I have a daughter that’s a junior in college so I was a very young dad, but now, different age, different time in my life, different position in my life.

“I’m really looking forward to being an older dad.”

The Rolling in the Deep singer and Paul sparked engagement rumours in February after the award-winning musician wore a diamond ring during the BRIT Awards.

She neither confirmed nor denied the rumours days later when making an appearance on The Graham Norton Show.

When asked if she was in fact engaged to Rich, Adele said “as if I would ever tell anyone if I was or wasn’t”.

She teased viewers by referencing the sparkling accessory, saying “lovely though, innit?”.

Adele shares a 10-year-old son, Angelo, with ex-husband Simon Konecki.
