AEW Dynamite: Multiple Title Match announced; Loaded card set for Rampage

The match was announced during a backstage interview segment on the latest episode of Dynamite featuring Best Friends and Darby Allin where the latter told Cassidy that he has to return a favor to an old friend.

Allin informed Cassidy that he won’t be here in All Elite Wrestling if it wasn’t for Fox and that he wanted to do something for Fox. That favor appeared to be Cassidy handing him a title match and the champion had no problem, whatsoever.

Thus, next week will mark a record 27th title defense of Orange Cassidy’s ongoing AEW International Championship reign. He last successfully defended the title on last week’s Battle of the Belts show, against Lance Archer by count-out.

Cassidy has held this title since October 2022 and he is approaching close to the landmark of completing 300 days as the champion. His next opponent, AR Fox will compete in only the second title match of his AEW career.

AEW Dynamite presented the next Blood & Guts event in Boston’s TD Garden, this week, and just before the main event, a new AEW trios title match was announced that will go down during the latest upcoming episode of Collision.

Despite the viewership numbers going down, AEW is building Collision in a strong way and this title match should bring a lot of attention which will feature the House of Black defending their titles against The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass.

While House of Black has mastered their terrorizing gimmick while their opponents are incredibly over with the AEW fans. Hence, it will be interesting to see if the challengers can become new champions, creating a shocker.

A loaded edition of Rampage has also been confirmed where a Battle Royal Match will be the headliner where the winner is set to receive a championship opportunity at September’s AEW All Out, per his choice.

AEW TBS Championship will be on the line as the champion Kris Statlander will put the belt on the line against Marina Shafir in her second title defense. Plus, QTV will be in action when they take on the entertaining Acclaimed and Daddy Ass.
