Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha struggle to cut the wedding cake, guests help | Bollywood Bubble

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal after hosting their wedding receptions in Delhi amd Lucknow landed in Mumbai. The couple hosted a lavish reception for their friends in Mumbai. It was a star-studded event with celebs like Hrithik Roshan, Saba Azad, Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu, Manoj BajpayeeTabu and Kalki Koechlin among others in attendance.

Pictures and videos from RiAli’s wedding reception have been creating a buzz on the internet. But the one that caught the attention of many was the cake cutting ceremony by the newlyweds.

Ali and Richa try to cut a three-tier grey colour cake, decorated with white and purple flowers. The newlywed couple struggle to cut it and finally ask guests to help to cut it.

The couple officially got engaged in a dreamy ceremony at the wedding reception, and their friends and family cheered for them. Soon after exchanging the rings, Ali and Richa hugged each other.

For the Mumbai reception, Richa Chadha wore a colourful gown and looked gorgeous. On the other hand, Ali looked dapper in a suit featuring a long coat. Earlier, the couple posed for the paparazzi as they arrived at the venue. They also distributed sweets to shutterbugs.

On Tuesday, the actors issued a clarification through their spokesperson that they have been ‘legally married’ since 2020. They added that currently they are ‘celebrating their union with friends and family’.

Ali and Richa met on the sets of Fukrey and fell in love. The actor had proposed to Richa in 2019, and they were planning to tie the knot in 2020 But postponed their wedding plans due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
