Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor celebrated their first Diwali after tying the knot in April. The power couple who are all set to welcome their first Baby soon were seen celebrating their first Diwali with the family.
Ranbir’s mom Neetu Kapoor and Alia’s mom Soni Razdan and sister Shaheen also joined the couple in the festivities. Neetu Kapoor took to social media to share a glimpse of her celebration with the parents-to-be.
Ranbir’s mom took to Instagram Stories to share a glimpse of their Lakshmi puja. The picture showed Neetu doing the arti, while Ranbir played the hand bell with one hand and had his other hand around Alia. Soni Razdan was also seen with them during the puja.

Ranbir’s mom also shared a selfie, which had Alia, Soni and Shaheen in the frame. She had also wished her fans on Diwali by sharing a group selfie clicked by Ranbir. It showed all of them posing in the balcony with lights in background. Neetu Kapoor simply wrote, “Happy Diwali,” in the caption.
Ranbir’s sister Riddhima Kapoor and cousin Karisma Kapoor reacted to the pic with heart emoticons. A fan praised them, saying, “I am elated to see both the families celebrating the festival together. Another called it, “The most awaited diwali pic.” A fan also called it, “Perfect family picture.” Another fan commented, “Mubarkan saasu maa n bahurani ki pehli diwali.”
Soni Razdan too shared a picture with Alia Bhatt and Shaheen on Instagram and captioned it, “Happpppyyyyyyyy !!!!”
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are currently enjoying the success of Brahmastra. Alia will next be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and Jee Le Zaraa. Ranbir has Luv Ranjan’s next with Shraddha Kapoor, and Animal with Rashmika Mandanna.
