Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary overjoyed as they announce This Morning baby news

“I came into this studio and it was all Christmassy and I’ve already broken something haven’t I? I’m the biggest klutz.”

Dermot couldn’t contain his laughter following his colleague’s accident, but they managed to get the production team to fix the nutcracker while they continued presenting the show.

Alison and Dermot have been co-hosting This Morning’s Friday slot since taking over from Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes in January 2021.

This Morning continues weekdays on ITV between 10am and 12.30pm.
