Alton Towers is opening THREE new attractions at CBeebies Land in 2022, and they’re sure to be a hit for family days out.
Each new attraction will be themed around individual shows; Hey Duggee, Andy’s Adventures, and JoJo & Gran Gran.
Hey Duggee Big Adventure Badge will be a new play and adventure land with plenty of games for kids to climb, slide and bounce through, while Hey Duggee himself will be making daily experiences to meet fans and hand out Big Adventure Badges.
Meanwhile the JoJo & Gran Gran At Home will bring to life Gran Gran’s house from the hit TV show although the theme park hasn’t yet revealed exact details of what this will entail.
As for the Andy’s Adventures offering? This will be a brand new live and interactive show, Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig, where families can discover plenty of prehistoric sights and sounds in the immersive experience.
Currently there is no confirmed opening date for the new attractions, although the resort has said that they will open in spring 2022.
Alongside the three new attractions, the theme park land will also welcome a few new additions including a new CBeebies Bug interactive trail, and a new live show with Bing and Flop in Big Fun Showtime.
Oh, and that’s not all. Bing fans can also enjoy new Bing-themed rooms opening at the CBeebies Land Hotel, the resort’s on-site accommodation that includes plenty of other fun tributes to the likes of Gangsta Granny and In The Night Garden.

Then of course there are all of the existing attractions in CBeebies Land which include rides and attractions themed around the Octonauts, Peter Rabbit, In The Night Garden, Go Jetters and more.
In fact, Alton Towers is one of our top picks of the best theme parks for toddlers thanks to the fun-filled land. As it’s included within the Alton Towers ticket price, it’s ideal for families with toddlers as well as older kids who’ll want to explore the rest of the theme park’s more terrifying rollercoasters and attractions.

Earlier this year, the theme park also opened a new Gangsta Granny ride inspired by David Walliams’ books, where families sit in a car and are taken through a multi-sensory experience joining Ben and his Granny as they attempt to steal the Crown Jewels.
The ride is actually part of a wider World of David Walliams land which features other rides and attractions including a Royal Carousel, Raj’s Bouncy Bottom Burp and Raj’s Shop.
Tickets to Alton Towers start from £34 when pre-booked online.
You can find CBeebies Land Hotel stays for a family of four from £325 during February half term, which includes theme park entry as well as exclusive evening entertainment, breakfast, a 9-hole round of Extraordinary Golf and free car parking.
