Amazon slashes price of Pimms ahead of the UK heatwave

Brits have been loving Pimm’s for years, and it’s become associated with Wimbledon and picnics in the park summer after summer.

The drink was created in 1840, using a closely guarded, secret recipe, and making the perfect addition to a fruity and refreshing mixer.

If you love a drink in the sun, Pimm’s embodies everything Brits look for in the warmer weather – especially when prepared with fresh fruit and lemonade.
The popular tipple usually costs £16.50, however Amazon is selling a 70cl bottle of Pimm’s for only £12.99, and it can be delivered in time for the weekend too.

Usually retailing at £16.50, Pimm’s fans can now buy the bottle with over 20 percent discount, and the size is perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Recipe:

  • Pour 50ml of Pimm’s No.1 over ice
  • Add 150ml chilled lemonade
  •  Garnish with lemons, cucumber, strawberries & fresh mint and enjoy!

The offer won’t be around forever and it’s bound to be popular, so grab it while you can.

Pimm’s is a gin-based spirit, infused with herbal botanicals, caramelised orange and warm spices.

The Pimm’s website has four different cocktail recipes to give you ideas on how to use the drink, including a Pimm’s No 1 Spritz, a Pimm’s Royale and a Pimm’s and Ginger.

Pimms makes the perfect gift for whoever is hosting your summer soirees, but anyone looking for something a bit different could opt for one of the newer additions to the Pimms range, the Sundowner Spirit Drink which has a fruit raspberry flavour and is best served with prosecco, soda and fresh raspberries.
The Sundowner drink is also currently on offer for £12, saving £4.50 off and is at the lowest price in a month, so it’s a good chance to try it for a bargain price.

 

Amazon shoppers are praising The Original Number 1 Cup drink, with some saying it’s ‘a perfect summer tipple.’
