Amy MacDonald has made a plea to her fans after an “incredibly scary” encounter at her home.
The singer took to social media on Sunday to ask that her followers refrain from visiting her home address, adding that it is “never okay”.
The full nature of the incident is unknown at this stage.
The Bishopbriggs born songwriter described her fans as “amazing” – but stressed that such encounters are “incredibly scary”.
She wrote: “I am so grateful for all my amazing fans but it’s never okay to turn up at my home.
“Please don’t do it.
“It’s incredibly scary for me as innocent as it may be.”
