Arsenal are hoping to have more contracts news soon. The priority for the north Londoners is to secure the futures of Bukayo Saka, William Saliba and Gabriel Martinelli.
The Athletic claims Saka’s deal expires in 2024, while Arsenal have an option to extend Saliba’s contract until the same summer. Martinelli’s contract also comes to an end in 2024 but there is a two-year option for the Gunners to extend.
The trio are the next in line to get new deals. But the same report says goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale could also be rewarded.
Ramsdale has become the club’s No 1 since joining from Sheffield United in 2021. He is also an England international and is set to be part of Gareth Southgate’s squad for the World Cup in Qatar, which starts next month.
