Ray Parlour has predicted how the Premier League top four will shape up ahead of the start of the 2022/23 campaign.
The new season is just over a week away from beginning, with Arsenal kicking off proceedings with a meeting away at Crystal Palace next Friday.
The Gunners will be hoping to make up for their failure to qualify for the Champions League last term, as they were pipped at the post by north London rivals Tottenham.
Manchester City will look to make it yet another title-winning campaign, while Liverpool set their sights on catching Pep Guardiola’s side.
Chelsea, meanwhile, hope to improve on third, but they are yet to bring in as many additions as their rivals.
They have signed Kalidou Koulibaly and Raheem Sterling but lost Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen on free transfers.
The Blues are hoping to bring in more centre-backs, however, they look set to lose out on transfer target Jules Kounde as Barcelona are now leading the race for the defender.
Parlour has tipped Man City to win the league again, with Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs in the top four.
But the Arsenal legend thinks Chelsea will ‘struggle’ and miss out on Champions League qualification.
‘I would go Manchester City to win it,’ Parlour told talkSPORT.
‘Then Liverpool, definitely. I think Arsenal have to aim for third. That’s going to be their aim.
‘If they can keep everyone fit, one more player coming in, then they have a decent squad, so I am going to go third for Arsenal and then Spurs will be good [for fourth].
‘But I think Chelsea are going to struggle this season. Unless they make some signings, they might make a couple before the window closes and then you might change your mind.
‘However, Spurs have to win a trophy.’
