Nketiah wanted by Palace ‘now’
Eddie Nketiah continues to be linked with a move to Crystal Palace, and the star who is out of contract in the summer could link up with Arsenal legend Patrick Viera.
Palace are yet to make any signings this month, but Nketiah could be brought in before the end of the window according to journalist Tom Barclay.
Speaking to GiveMeSport, Barclay said: “They are interested. They tried to sign him in the summer and they would like to have him and they’d like to sign him now if possible.
“He’s obviously out of contract at the end of the season. I was told it was a difficult deal to do, Arteta’s gone on record saying he wants him to stay, he’d like him to sign a new contract apparently.”
Whether Nketiah will sign a new deal is unknown, and Arsenal could cash in to avoid him leaving for free next summer.
