England are just 35 runs ahead and have lost their openers in the flag end of the day. But will the weather play spoilsport on Monday as well? Let’s have a look at the weather forecast.

The weather forecast for Birmingham on Day 4 of the 1st Test does look a decent one. The diurnal temperature will be around 20° C, which may go down to around 15° C in the night.

Rain Prediction: It will come as a big boost for both teams as there is almost no chance for rain on Monday. The sky is set to remain partly cloudy but we may see the entirety of the day’s play.

Wind Speed: There will be a gentle breeze of around 7 to 9 km/hour from the northeast direction throughout the whole day. With overcast conditions, bowlers can expect some kind of swing in the early hours of the day.
