ASOS Black Friday 2021 has already commenced with a warm up sale (& it’s only going to get better) – here’s what to buy now and expect later

Is it just us, or does Black Friday begin earlier and earlier each year? Either way, we’re not complaining, especially where ASOS is concerned. The ASOS Black Friday sale 2021 has kicked off with a ‘Warm Up’ sale, with up to 50% off over 10,000 styles. If that’s not enough to make you open a new tab faster than the speed of light, then we don’t know what to say.

Last year ASOS had their biggest ever Black Friday sale, so it’s safe to assume (or at least hope) that this year is going to be just as good. ASOS is your bread and butter when it comes to shopping for fashion, accessories and beauty with world-renowned brands – over 850, to be precise – across womenswear and menswear (so you can stock up on a couple of gifts for your boyfriend too). The online retailer will undoubtedly rival the competitively priced deals found elsewhere, so whether you’re searching for some cheap Christmas gifts, party dresses for all your Christmas do’s, or some new winter knitwear, boots or coats, ASOS is your place.

ASOS is known for participating in Black Friday (which is officially the 26th November this year) and usually begin teasing discounts throughout the week leading up to the sale – hence the ‘Warm Up’ reductions. In previous years, ASOS has discounted things by up to a whopping 70%, so we’re expecting the same – if not better – for this year.

Does ASOS take part in Cyber Monday?

Sure does. Last year ASOS applied an extra 25% off already discounted items left over from the Black Friday sale on the following Monday (Cyber Monday). It’s worth keeping this in mind in case you can get what you’re after for even cheaper a few days later, but remember that things do have a tendency to sell out quickly. It’s all about weighing up the pros and cons; if you think it’s likely to sell out or it’s already low in stock, snap it up on the Friday rather than waiting and being disappointed.

How much is ASOS’ Black Friday discount?

While the exact reductions haven’t been announced just yet, we’re highly anticipating huge savings and a widespread sale. From what we can already see, there’s up to 50% off on makeup, skincare, trainers, gym clothes, puffer jackets, jeans and more.

From £2 for standard delivery to £5.95 for next day, ASOS delivery prices do vary. You can sign up to a premier delivery subscription for £9.95, if you shop at ASOS on the reg’, which will get you free next day delivery for a whole year. So worth it. If you spend over £25 though, which we’re all likely to, let’s be honest, then standard delivery becomes automatically free.

Can I use student discount on ASOS Black Friday?

Usually student discount gives you 10% off your basket on ASOS, but it can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers and it doesn’t apply to delivery charges. Unfortunately you won’t be able to use student discount on top of ASOS Black Friday sale pieces, but you can still apply it to anything that’s fully priced.
