Today, it was announced that Taylor Swift’s 1989 track “This Love (Taylor’s Version)” will be featured in the upcoming Amazon Prime film The Summer I Turned Pretty:
According to the film’s press release, “The Summer I Turned Pretty is a multigenerational drama that hinges on a love triangle between one girl and two brothers, the ever-evolving relationship between mothers and their children, and the enduring power of strong female friendship. It is a coming-of-age story about first love, first heartbreak, and the magic of that one perfect summer.”
IDK about you, but I’m feeling 22,000% ready to see the movie and hear “This Love (Taylor’s Version)”!!!!!!!!!!!
People, like me, were excited not just to listen to the rerecorded track, but also because it seems like 1989 may be the next rerecorded album.
