The movie Avatar-The Way of Water has made reasonably well collections at the box office on Day 2. However, the James Cameron director saw no growth on the second day. The film was released in theatres worldwide on December 17, Friday. Avatar The Way of Water is currently riding high on positive reviews from the critics and the audience, showing a decent run at the box office, in terms of collections.
On the second day, the James Cameron directorial made a collection of slightly over 40 crore nett. It showed almost no growth on the second day, but has surely maintained its position at the box office. Avatar has witnessed no growth on the second day due to the drop in collections in certain circuits, as per reports.
A Box Office India report said that Avatar The Way of Water saw a drop in the collections of the Nizam / Andhra and Kerala areas. The circuits witnessed a fall of approximately 3.50 crore nett. However, the movie made good gains in the other circuits, said the report. Overall, Avatar has collected 80.50 crore nett in two days.
